Although I pay for Total Tech Support each year at $199., I think, and have spent thousands having my house wired, TVs, speakers,, desk computer, etc., the 48th Street Best Buy really let me down. I purchased an Amazon Fire from them. They did not sell a screen cover, so I ordered one online. I asked the manager to apply it for me and he wanted to charge me as much as I paid for the screen protectors. $15. Really! From now on, I will go to Camelback Best Buy. They are friendly and provide real support and service. They do not try to nickel and dime you.

The Geek Squad manager Nick spent time with me determining whether or not to purchase new computer. He explained all options and helped me make a cost effective decision.... I am extremely satisfied with Nick and the technicians that repaired my laptop computer. Highly recommend !! Thanks To all!! A+++

Thanks to Geek Squad for making the replacement of my cracked phone screen so efficient and convenient. I appreciate the shop owners responsiveness to my questions via Yelp messaging, and his overall quickness to get me in, and out the door. I was also pleasantly surprised by the yelp special coupon deal I was able to buy and utilize for this service, AND the free phone charger I was offered by checking in, on google!
