Domino's Pizza

Dominos is my favorite pizza, but this store doesnt deliver and they dont pick up the phone. The app is a travesty, and I cant order online. This is bs.

This is by far the worst Dominos in the valley! Every time I have ordered from them, they cannot deliver in a timely manner, forget something or the flat out cancel my order and close their doors early! Im at work every night from 10pm to 6am Monday night through Saturday morning, and I cannot leave to go anywhere for lunch/dinner. The local Pizza Hut dont deliver and this is supposed to be the Dominos that delivers in my area. I always tip generously, and yet I receive the crappiest service from these guys! Do yourself a favor and order from Barrios or one of the mom and pops pizzerias. Youll save yourself a lot of misery dealing with incompetence from this place!

We get a pizza several times a month and always order and pay on line. Every time in the past, the pizza is ready when I arrive. This time they couldn't find my order, the area behind the counter was in a state of chaos and the check in computer had my name, but when I tried to check in it would not accept my check in. I left to pick up my pizza when the computer said my pizza was in the oven. It is a 5 mile drive and then after finally getting someone to pay attention to me they told me that there was some kind of foul up and that they would have to make my pizza and it would be ready in 8 minutes. That 8 minutes actually took over 15 minutes. I order and pay on line to avoid what I just experienced and then when I made a comment to the person who gave me my pizza that I also had a bottle of soda and he threw up his hands and said we explained to you that you would have to wait and resentfully went and got the Sprite.
