Contacted this law office to help with sorting through my late fathers estate in Arizona as I live out of state. Was unable to actually speak to a lawyer regarding my case (1st red flag). Stated they could help coordinate securing his assets since I live out of state, however was not willing to work with me until they saw my fathers trust information (2nd red flag). Once they received a copy of this, they basically said they couldnt help me with coordinating his assets, but if I wanted to retain them it would be their flat fee of $6500 (3rd red flag) for what? You just told me you couldnt help with anything. Would not waste your time! Ive talked to other estate lawyers with WAY more experience for 1/3 of the cost for a retainer. In my opinion they did not want to take my case and gave me a ridiculous high retainer to make me go away. Shame on you.. as if dealing with my fathers death wasnt hard enough as well as handling his affairs half way across the US. My husband is also a part of the US Military and a minority and we thought it was so neat to find a lawyer with the same credentials that we wanted to select him for our legal representation and unfortunately my fathers case wasnt apparently was not worth their time to pursue.

My Father passed away in Aug 2021 and I needed to find a probate lawyer in Arizona that could help me deal with his estate. When I called I had the pleasure of talking with Karrie Rukbe that walked me through everything I needed to do.She always took my calls and responded to all my emails in a timely mater. Heck, there were a few times when I called she could tell I was stressed out a little and she was like Everything will be fine and we'll get through this together. She was AWESOME to work with and always brings her A game. I am very lucky that I found a firm that is always on top of things as soon as you call and that they have people like Karrie Rukbe working for them at the Sun City West location.

After my Father's passing with no Will, I had no idea what to do or which direction to go. Karrie and Vincent, have been a godsend! They have provided the guidance and direction to help me through these unchartered waters. I cannot thank them enough =)
