Atrocious customer service! A Tuesday night, party of 8, wanted indoor seating. We arrived at 6:35pm and were told it would be 30-35 minutes. No problem, we understand, its dinner time and there are only a few tables that would accommodate our party. As we approached an hours wait, I checked again and was told another 15 minutes. OK .were all hungry and its now almost 7:30. Finally at 7:45 the table weve been waiting for clears however, they dont rush to bus it. Helloooo..weve been waiting for over an hour. Hostess finally says it will be another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, they still have not bussed the table. There was NO sense of urgency and there was NO sign of any management. No apologies, nothing! Finally we just walked out! Yes, after waiting nearly an hour and half, we walked out. Its 8:00 and if this is the way they handle the guests that have been standing in their lobby for this long, I can only imagine how long it would take to get served. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! They need some customer service training and a manager to oversee the hostesses that dont have a clue. Very disappointed with this location.

First time here. Good concept, but food was slightly above average. Good portions but fairly bland food. The salsa and chips was better then most.

We've enjoyed the Bario Queen tremendously at their Arrowhead location. We were so excited to visit the new Prasada location. We were really disappointed in the service and food quality. We'll try again in a month or so.... probably growing pains and a serious training deficiency with the waitress. The food was disappointing compared to the superb quality of the same menu choices at the Arrowhead location, again...a learning process. We absolutely love their venue and location. Keeping our fingers crossed they'll succeed.
