District Tow

I hate when people force me to be mean. I had 2 choices, buy a scam artist a car or repo the car. From 4 states over, Joe and his crew worked with me, a private citizen. Not only did they get the car, they completed some mechanical work so that the car would make the 1,000 mile trip back home. The car was ready when promised. These guys truly went above and beyond to make a difficult situation tolerable. Thank you, Joe and crew.

All my travel trailer jacks got stuck and wont retract after something unexpected happened just before my family is about to leave the camp site. I can no longer raise and hook it to my tow vehicle. I then called my roadside assistance and they had District Tow for the service. It was a Sunday so I expected the service will take some hours to come to the site (not to mention we are away from the city with narrow winding roads). I called Joey and he told me I need not to be there and that they will take care of everything. I was hesitant at first but I had my parents, wife and kids with me so we headed off the camp to home. I knew the trailer will need some repairs and Joey also took care of that. I picked up the trailer the following weekend and found it in gated and locked location which I appreciate. I highly recommend District Tow if you need service.

I had a good experience with James of District Tow. He was quick to get my battery going but I felt he showed alot of additional integrity when he offered to complete his paperwork in the tow truck for 15 min and wait for me to complete my work shift to ensure that my vehicle would still function properly instead of just leaving after the initial jumpstart. I found that to be a really good "above & beyond" offer and I hope District Tow will acknowledge his work ethic and compassion for customers.
