Goodwill Store and Donation Center

I have a bad experience, Rocio the cashier is rude. I won't go back again! Goodwill needs to train better their eyes.

Bought a nice looking watch for 10 bucks. When I got it to the car, I saw t h at the letching part of the band had a missing part and could not latch. So a watch that can't be worn is all but worthless. I went immediately into the store to ask for money back. They would not give c e me money back. Keep in mind that this is the goodwill boutique. The bring their better stuff to this store to sell at higher prices than the regular goodwill stores. They should inspect and never put on the sales floor things that are broken and not usable. But then the people hired at goodwill can't get jobs anywhere else. So buyer beware.

On Thursday, after two days of senior discounts, the merchandise was very picked over. It would be extremely helpful if it were displayed according to size. Does not seem to be any rhyme or reason all the things are put out

Goodwill is supposed to be good prices for good stuff well. This store has the highest prices I have ever seen. You can buy bread new stuff for the prices they have in their store. It is not worth going to this store. I am very upset at the price of that destroyer.
