Jake got me in and out in 5 minutes. Thought I needed a new phone, and just needed a phone cleaning.

Dropped off two laptops, one had slight water damage on the keyboard, it worked but part of the key board was unresponsive. The other one had a problem with the screen. They originally said that they were quite swamped, and it would be 72 hours. Waited 72 hours did not hear anything called, was told that we were the top of the list they would be looked at tomorrow waited. Call back the next day was told that we are eighth or ninth on the list. I called again seven days later we were not not even looked at yet I was told that single day repairs took priority over multi day. They had not even ran a diagnostic on the computers. And I was told that I wanted they would have someone come and look at them the next day They had the computers for seven days they were not touched. When I came to pick them up it looked like soda had been spilled on one of the computers, like there was a sticky brown substance that was slightly splattered on top of the laptop. My problem is with the policy that multi day repairs do not get done until all of the single day repairs are done so cell phones will always take priority over laptops at what point though do you stop this single days for people walking in everything else and work on the people who have been patiently waiting Seven days when we originally told 72 hours then we were told the top of the list and then we called and told we were 8th and 9th and then told they were not looked at yet. The employees were nice enough and they were and they tried to explain it to me that that thats the policy of the company but that is where my problem lays.

Jake gave excellent customer service. Very helpful and courtesy. I recommend ubreak fix if you need your cellphone fixed
