I'll put it this way. We paid $130 for entry and free refills aren't available? Next time we won't waste the energy. I could go on but if you read the one star reviews below. You will get the gist.

Love this place and the kids for sure do as well they even added a attraction as well

This place is so dangerous! They have super cool and fun areas for the children but there is like no staff anywhere to make sure children are playing safe. Granted you should watch your own children only there are so many children there needs to be staff there to make sure everybody is going the right directions and keeping the correct aged children in the correct areas. Also it was so dark it's so dangerous all these kids running around and jumping when it's so dark you can barely see. On top of that the radio is blasting so loud you can't hear anybody talk. Not even when you're trying to check in at the front. Can barely hear the staff and you have to yell for them to hear you. And think about if somebody got hurt, you wouldn't even be able to hear them crying for help. This place is extremely chaotic and dangerous in my opinion. Also the pizza doesn't seem cooked all of the way just like I've read others say. This place would be amazing if theyd turn down the music, turn on the lights and get some more workers. And the high prices you would think they could afford more staff. Ones that care about their job and not working with a hangover. I could go on but this is already so long.
