Timing of Events: 1. Placed a yearly maintenance request on their website. 2. Within an hour or so was called by the Owner of TNHA and received a thank you and detail of what exactly their maintenance plan includes. 3. Made payment from a link they sent via e-mail for the plan. 4. A few minutes later I had an appointment set up that was same day maintenance. 5. Received a call from the tech that they might be just a few minutes past their quoted time due to obtaining a filter. (This was sincerely appreciated because I am not a fan of people who are late). 5. Greeted by two friendly employees at my home - Jonathan and Cle. They were quick with their work but more importantly they were thorough and knowledgeable. 6. Said farewell and ready to take on the summer heat for 2024 in central AR. Thank you!

I've called top notch out to my home twice now. Once during the week, and once on the weekend. Both times Steven was quick to respond to my call, quick to come out, and quick to do the job! I found them very affordable, and they explained everything they did thoroughly. Will definitely use again.

This company came highly recommended; My brother was very happy with their work. I unfortunately did not received any response from calling for assistance; waiting weeks, whilst calling every few days to confirm that I "was on their list". My equipment was finally replaced, over a month later, after seeking out the owner's assistance in the matter. Less than 6 months later, my system stopped working again. For the second time I called TNHA, to see if there was anything that had broken down since the seasonal change. I waited, again, for at least two weeks before the technician arrived. At this appointment I was informed that the same issue that had been fixed only months before had reoccured; and according to the technician, this was quite common, but could have been prevented. If I had been informed of preventative maintenance tips for my system, I would have taken the necessary steps. This whole slow and frustrating process was overshadowed by the fact that only a few hours after the technician left my home, I received a bill for the "servicing of my system". I paid this ridiculous bill that resolved nothing. My HVAC system is still broken down. I will Not be using your unreliable company again, unless this issue is resolved.

Their customer service is unprecedented. The response time and thoroughness of everyone from administrative positions to employees in the field has been amazing and appreciated. This past summer we came home from vacation to a hot house, and after only one phone call to Sara at TopNotch they had us up and running chilly again in less than 24hrs. We are on the membership plan and back in January before it was suppose to get really cold, I scheduled one of our two provided yearly servicing. The technician found an efficiency problem, and called in back up to help him resolve. They finished up that day and only charged us for parts. Their membership program has been amazing!
