    First off I want to start by saying thanks for the work yall did on my car. But my overall experience was inconvenient. I came in to get my exhaust and muffler looked at and tie rods replaced. They called me and told me they found out the issues. My muffler had a hole in it and tie rods do need replaced. But they said there's nothing wrong with my exhaust and it instead is my manifold intake which on a 09 toyota camry is connected to my cadillac converter. I told them I couldn't afford it and they told me they have finance options. I filled out the form and instantly got approved. They called a couple hours later saying my front control arms are failing and could add it to the finance form since I told them I couldn't afford them out right they also told me to fill out the finance form again even though I was approved. So for the next 5 hours I was filling out finance forms to get approved AGAIN but kept getting denied. I told them I was approved and they kept saying that the finance institution went back on their decision but the only email I got from the finance place is that I was approved and to show the shop the proof at check out. The shop told me I was getting flagged as fraud but after I filled these forms out more than 3 times each. I was already approved from the get go but the shop stood their ground and said it's not valid even though there was no proof saying that they took back there approval letter. I told them I didn't want the work done on my car if I could get proof of getting approved for a second time with them. And I couldn't, not even the 20th time. So I called them this morning and they told me they went ahead and did all the work on my vehicle and since I couldn't show proof of getting approved AGAIN I'd have to pay it all out right. This costed my ALL of my money. I am a single mom and live pay check to pay check. I had money saved up for my soms birthday and bills and some car expenses. I had to give them $2,362.00 this morning and then they wanted to withhold my used and still working cadillac converter from me and argued it was a legal thing for 30 minutes and got the owner in the phone and he ended up saying I could have it. So why tell me yall gotta keep it for #'s and yall gotta turn it into the state and then another guy said they gotta hold it for 30 days and then another guy told me to come back after 30 days and then another guy's said your gonna get fined $50,000 if I take it?? Just to get the owner on the phone to argue for 2 minutes and then tell me to just got ahead and take it... anyways. I won't be coming back because now I feel like I was being sabotaged and manipulated... I appreciate the work done but the inconvenience and run around about my parts is just not right at all. I paid full labor and at one point the owner and another worker said that they needed it for a core charge and the other guy that worked on my car said I don't get it back because he did all the work on my car. Mind you, I paid full price for all my new car parts and all the labor and the taxes and fees. And all the extra work that needed done. I got my cadillac converter and work done on my car but like I said I did not expect the inconvenience and headache and lies.
