I understand that this is a busy office however, I've been waiting for someone to contact me since June. And today I had the opportunity to reach the rudest receptionist ever. It seemed as though I had bothered her by calling the office. She never asked my name, who I needed to speak to ......NOTHING!!! Didnt allow me to leave any message or my name. I just said thankyou and apologized for bothering her. Her response....Uh ok. So now Im left hanging in limbo .....STILL. Diana , I REALLY hope youre not answering the phone like this with anyone else!
