        Bought a gaming PC that was overpriced and the fans were acting up within the first month. When I went back to seek help they were just looking for more ways to make money off of me by wanting run diagnostics and charge for that instead of fix the obvious issue which was they had installed a cheap fan in this machine. They are really polite though.

      Hey Jason, Thanks for the review and thanks for your purchase on 7/20/2022. When you brought the PC back to us after the 90 day warranty ran out, we too were pretty shocked at the condition of it. It is too bad you didn't want to leave it with us for the 3 day minimum time window. We really wouldn't have had much to diagnose as the problem was pretty clear. Every component in the unit was being choked by dust and debris. Our deepest apologies for the fans not being able to survive such treatment. PS. Thanks for waiting more than a year (10/28/2022) to ensure clear recollection of our service failure. Also, we have pictures. Be nicer to your PC.
