The Little Rock Midtown clinic serves as the medical hub for the Healthy Connections Community Health Network in Little Rock. This clinic provides inclusive care for all and features primary care services, LGBTQ+ services, Evolve Behavioral Health, and more. Healthy Connections, Inc (HCI) is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Healthy Connections, Inc. provides medical, dental, and social services to residents of all ages in Western Arkansas regardless of ability to pay. Healthy Connections has discounted services for uninsured or underinsured persons for those who qualify, and low cost preventative care.
