They are expensive. Dont get me wrong. But service and knowledge that these techs have definitely stick out. If you want something done right, hire them!

Justin came and found where the leak was under the house really quick. He was so fast. I left to go get breakfast at McDonald's and by the time I came back he was already done. He was very fair with prices. Much cheaper than I expected. And he even left after care recommendations to prevent mold. I will definitely be using them again if I need to. I was having trouble with hot water heater lines, no hot water cycling. After being there in his sleevless shirt for about 2 minutes he told me he would have to change out all the plumbing that went to and from the hot water heater. The price would be $900. I told him I couldn't do that right now because I just bought anew hwh and had to get an electrician to wire it. He did tell me that two of my water supply lines needed to be swapped. He labeled the hot and cold inlets and outlets. After he left I spent two hours swapping the lines. Discovered by touching the lines and discovering the water to one toilet and a faucet, were receiving hot water. I called their office and they said there was nothing they could do about it and the $49.00 dispatch fee can't be refunded. He made my job twice as hard after leaving. He did not want to take the time and help me. The little he did offer was exactly wrong. I'll never use them again.
