Zips Car Wash

After accepting an offer of free 2 months of washes for $20. I noticed several months later recurring charges on my credit card!! This practice I would consider to be fraudulent! Emailed and phoned customer service to no avail. I am contacting Arkansas Attorneys office as well as Better Business Bureau after learning this had also happened to a friend of mine. Lesson learned. Be very careful who you give your credit card information too!!!

Google maps says they open at 8 show up within their first hour n theyll say their closed, 70% of the workers dont know how to guide people onto their tracks and they only spray half of your car but they do have good equipment car gets washed pretty good, most vacuums work greats and its nice to use their rags

Ive used this Zips car wash before. Never had an issue personally with the car wash. BUT, with the recent news coming out about a 17 year old and their dad being harassed due to YOUR equipment failure damaging THEIR car, smashing in the windshield and causing her to bleed. Not only this, then your employees had the audacity to complain about her exiting the vehicle after the incident and called the cops on her and her dad because you were losing money since the car with broken glass everywhere was still sitting in your car wash. Like you really wanted them to move it ? Like what. Remember this was an issue your equipment failure caused. You best bet that people will find out and stop going to your car wash. I think you truly owe all of your customers an apology.
