This happened on December 23rd and I was scared my furnace was going completely out. Everyone I called said that they couldn't see me until Wednesday of the next week including the people that put my furnace in they didn't even return my call. I'm 77 years old when was really scared that I was going to be left here for three days without any service at all. The girl that took the call said that she would try to get someone out and then she called me back later that afternoon and said he could come but it may be late. And I said that would be fine for somebody to come on the 23rd of December that would be amazing. Anyway he got here around six-thirty in the evening and checked everything and found that everything was okay even change my filter for me change my batteries again in the thermostat and it started working fine. Such a nice young man his name was Cody. I appreciate their time and service very much. Do you need to use anyone in are our furnace problems try Airserv they're amazing.
