All is well during the initial phase of the process. She'll answer questions, collect documents and assure you that everything will be processed and funded on time. However, when the time comes to remove your loan contingency, if there's a hiccup with your application, she will disappear and you'll never hear back from her.
After spending 3 months working with her - when we were ready to remove our 10 day contingency, she stopped responding to calls, emails and voicemails. Repeated calls to her office and her manager were ignored until a month later, her manager states that they are unable to process the loan and we can wait for the reason until we receive a letter from the bank (which never arrived).
