I am so disappointed with the service we received. We were assured no charge on something and then in the end the charges we received were enormous. We said absolutely no to a service plan change that we were being pressured to do. Sales guy said ok no change and come to find out that he changed it anyway. We ended up having to spend hours on the phone to fix our service plan. It felt horrible to have that done.

Horrible customer service. 90 minutes on the phone with no resolution to my issue and then I get disconnected and no one calls back. Shady shady dishonest corporation!!

TMobile has the worst customer service ever. I hope no one ever needs to talk with a Manager. They don't have managers available. They won't have a manager call you back and when someone gets on the phone who says he is a manager he can do nothing for you. Since Sprint switched to Tmobile I have not been able to pay my bill without changing my password for at least the last 2 months. Now the website won't allow me to change my password even after clearing cache, restarting my system and when I had saved my pwd earlier I confirmed what was save and the website continued to say it was incorrect. Level 1 TANYA(terrible) support would not sent me to level 2 or 3 or to a Manager. I just wanted to pay my bill. A person should not have to go through this crap to pay their bill. I had sprint for like 15 + years and never had this poor of support. I am switching to a different carrier this weekend. You would be smart NOT sign up with Tmobile and/or Drop them if you have them.  Tmobile SUCKS!!!!
