JOANN Fabric and Crafts

The biggest issue I and others have with JoAnn's is that corporate is more interested in getting salaries and bonuses for executives than staffing the stores appropriately. Often there will be just a handful of people working (once as low as 3) and so finding help can be hard, getting fabric cut can take time, and checkout lines can go slow. BUT JoAnn Fabrics & Crafts is the most.comprehensive crafting store there is. Sewing, painting, needle arts, baking, flower arranging, jewelry making, etc.etc.

I have been visiting this store for many years But tonight.... The customer service was so bad I put my items back and left. Service has gone down. I would encourage management to look into the complaints. Joanne's is the happy place for many people.bad service will not be tolerated

My order conveniently was brought to my car after I called number that I had arrived. And everything was correct.

Do not bother coming to this store. They are probably closed LONG before their posted closing time. The last 3 times I've come here to pick up orders they have been closed several hours before the posted time for some ridiculous reason. One time I was told the store closed 2 hours before I got there because the manager who was still on site & had no visible issues had hives. Other employees were also still on site. Another time was because one of the employees on site didn't feel well so they closed the store. 2/3 times I had to fight for them to give me my order that was ready for pick up. Never coming to this location again. Probably not even this chain if they stand by this store's operations. I'll go to a reliable company.
