So happy, Mike gave me an estimate over the phone after sending him photos.  The price for repair was very reasonable. He called me back right away and was able to do my repair within days of estimate. He came out double checked everything and replaced track and rollers and now back patio door moves like NEW.  He is very knowledgeable and quick with several years experience and it shows. I highly recommend this company.

Mike did a great job fixing 2 sliders and a sliding wardrobe door. The 17 year old original patio sliders doors work great now. I can roll them open using my fingers instead of my full upper body. I'm very pleased with how responsive he was. He arrived on time and made quick work fixing those doors. His prices were on par with other companies I contacted. I would use him again.

Replaced my 29 year old sliding door tracks and it glides smoothly now.  Mike is awesome.  He is experienced and hard working with reasonable price.  Highly recommended!  Thanks, Mike.

Our sliding door was super stiff and heavy for the first 7 years we lived in this house in Corona, and then the tenant after us was there for 7 years and kept it locked and closed the entire time.  Not being opened in 7 years, it was barely moving.  I like to fix my own stuff, but popping off the heavy glass door by myself to maintenance the hardware and rollers was too risky because if I broke it, that would cost more than just getting someone who does this every day.I found Traks R Us on Yelp.  5-stars is an automatic approval for me.  I called and Mike was out the next morning.  House was vacant so he was able to let himself in with the lock code without me there, do all the work, and even repaired some stuff I literally forgot about so I didn't have to call him back out or deal with it later.  Left the invoice with the broken parts behind.  Very helpful as an absentee owner out of state!!  Easy to work with, friendly, and good communication.  But best of all he does this work all the time so he has the right tools, right parts, and can just knock it out fast.  I can't believe I didn't just get it fixed years ago so we could have enjoyed the door more.  But now it is Fantastic.
