They couldnt help me and it seemed like they didnt even want to try and help me. Go to Toyota of Huntington Beach or go to Toyota of Orange instead.

This location was AMAZING! EVERYONE I encountered was SUPER friendly! Bradford was my salesman and he was a breath of fresh air, he listened to exactly what I wanted and took me directly there (I like ppl that dont waste my time and he def DIDNT ). Brad had great customer service , very professional, jumped right to the job, & got business handled as quick as possible! Jim (I believe he was the finance manager) again super nice guy, took the time to explain the process and made sure I understood everything possible and made sure i was comfortable with everything. There was another gentleman that took my payment and walked me through the contract (unfortunately I dont remember his name but it started with an L). He too was super friendly, thorough, & and made sure I understood what I was signing and what I was being charged. I would send everyone I know to this location! BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! Thank you Costa Mesa Team! You guys rock!!!

First review I have ever written. Sales person was nice and no pressure. I tried to get car inspected prior to purchase but was told I only had 2 hours to do that which was basically impossible to do with the mechanic I used in Huntington Beach. I was told that the cars are Hertz Certified and go thru thorough inspection prior to sales. If I did get it inspected I could always return it within 7 days and would be responsible for $200 restocking fee. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and had it inspected the following day. My mechanic found the following: cable for trunk release was broken, cabin air filter was dirty, engine air filter was dirty, leakage around left axle boot and slight oil leakage at cylinder head gasket. Needless to say I returned the car to Hertz right after the inspection at which time they started the paperwork to get my money refunded minus the $200 restocking fee. They said that this was unusual and apologized. MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO GET CAR INSPECTED PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
