They do a seminar about RV buying that includes information about weight and truck limitations that should set the standard for an RV purchase. It really should be mandatory for all dealers to go over this information. Update: We were so impressed with the seminar that we did indeed purchase our Shasta Phoenix from Tony and his staff. This is our third RV and this was the easiest and most painless experience we have ever had. To top off the ease of the purchase we had a few warranty issues that needed to be fixed and I am promising you that we had our unit back in our driveway, with all issues addressed long before we could have even been seen at other dealerships.

We brought our 5th wheel in for some work. We were very impressed with how clean and organized their shop was. Jen in the office was friendly and accommodating. The gentlemen that worked on our RV was very knowledgeable with many years of experience. He was also very helpful at explaining things to us that he had worked. Will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend them!

We had the BEST experience with Referral Auto Group! Not only do we love our new RV; but we love the staff as well. Ricky was our sales man and was extremely helpful from our first phone call. We live an hour away from where they were located and he answered all of our questions about the RV, sent us a video, and even mentioned a small cosmetic thing he noticed & wanted to get fixed (that we didnt see nor care about). We ended up moving forward with purchasing the RV without even having seen it because we had so much trust in Ricky. Christi helped us with getting our financing going & while financing can be nerve wracking she had me laughing on the phone and talking to her felt like talking to an old friend. When we finally came to pick up our RV (not to mention see it in person for the first time) we had Mario do our walk through. He was SO knowledgeable & friendly and you can tell he really cares about getting these RVs in perfect condition to make sure your family is ready to camp without any issues. Mario made sure we were 100% comfortable with all functions of the RV and did not make us feel rushed when we asked silly questions! All in all - Referral auto group made us feel like family, we will miss talking (& laughing) with our salesman Ricky.
