Cody was promt and informative to fix our tankless water heater. The prior installer would take numerous days to schedule an appointment.

My Rinnai tankless water heater was leaking gas. I called Resolved and then Cody arrived in about 3 hours. Cody fixed my issue promptly. Not only Cody was knowledgeable, but he was able to communicate clearly so that I understand what was going on. He did go above and beyond. He wore shoes cover when getting in and out of the house so a little thing like that adds up. On top of everything, my plumber, Cody, was very friendly. Hey guys! I had a issue with my tankless water heater and Cody came out on time and was super friendly. Even got the problem fixed fir cheaper than I was quoted. My wife and I called and spoke with Zach. We explained the issue we were having and he booked us a service call ASAP. We had an amazing experience with the service tech that came out and we decided to do the repairs with them since we felt like it was the right company for us. I would use them over and over again Dont hesitate to give them a call and do business with them. Amazing from start to end.. I also really appreciated the follow up call after my service was completed.
