        LA Mayor and LAHSA converted the hotel into homeless shelter with the Inside Safe city program Thats why some of your reservations are being canceled I would guess the city also pays more, since they have an endless budget Dont take my word for it, google it Noteworthy details: Homeless shelter

        Caution!!! Made a booking in December 2022. Wanted to check in 4 days ago and found the doors locked. No one available by phone! We waited in front of the hotel for about 3 hours to see if anyone else would come. Every now and then only one man came out to smoke a joint. We asked him about a check-in option. He explained that the hotel was no longer open to guests. Under no circumstances book!!!! !!! I only gave one star because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to write a review!!!
