        This company need to replace Ingrid. She has terrible memory and horrible customer service. She lies, she hangs up on you and then texts but wont answer the phone. She had two plumbers come out for the same exact thing then wanted to send a 3rd one. After I told her two have already came she said oh well we have to have another one go look again she told me 9-12 many times me and my girlfriend, then lies and says she said 10-2. She is extremely inappropriate and even the plumbers say shes terrible at her job. I also plan on going into the office and speaking to you Ingrid face to face. You need to learn better customer service because you dont know who your speaking to with your rudeness and sass. Services: Shower repair, Plumbing leak repair
