Similar to what "MorLavoSig LLC" said, I bought a house recently repaired by Monarch, it still leaked terribly, and they did not honor their warranty.

It took several calls before someone answered the phone.  "Will call back Monday to schedule."  No call.  Follow up call resulted in a return call a day or two later to schedule an estimate.  Once estimate meeting occurred, I was impressed with the review of issue and promise to call back at 3pm with estimate and conference with owner.  No call, no estimate. Later that week I sent a text 'curious why they chose not to estimate the job?'  "Oh, it must be in my spam box. I'll follow up when I get back."  No response.   Sorry they dropped the communication ball.  Bad business at the least.

The current owners bought monarch coatings and then dishonored all past warranties. We have cracking and leaks going on, we are still under warranty but they wont fix the problems. So basically they havent really been in business all the years they claim. So ALL of these reviews are from the former owner Ryan, who was amazing. These guys are the opposite. Beware! Our balcony needed some waterproofing/repair and I was told to contact Robert Sr. I was quick to get a quote and a start date. I felt price was reasonable so I went ahead. The workers were very professional and answered any questions I had along the way. The balcony turned out superb and the workers even spent a good time cleaning up which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend Monarch if you need any work done to your balcony!
