I had Maverick come out to work on my 8 year old HVAC system. They moved me forward a whole day since my unit was all the way down and I have pregnant wife thats due any day. Found out it was flat on charge they gave me some options and I really felt like they cared about my Financial Situation and gave me the best choice for my problem. Now I can go into the summer with a happy wife! Thank you Maverick!!

Maverick has been nothing but great! From the office communication to the visit where the tech installed new outlets and a ceiling fan same day! I apperciate the great service and the timely response! Will definitely use them again!!

First appointment cancelled due to an emergency totally fair, appointment was rescheduled for 10-2 I missed their call at 150p when I called back at 205p they said they would try to make it by 5pm. They called at 5pm said they couldn't make it due to another emergency. I explained my situation with my work schedule and they told me they would contact their technician and see if he was willing to come after hours at 6pm the following week. I received a confirmation that he would come at 6pm the following week I get a message at 4pm the day the appointment was scheduled for that the technician was on their way. I called and explained that I was at work and wouldn't be there until 6pm and they told me that the last appointment is between 2p-5p. I explained my previous conversation about them checking to see if technician could be there at 6pm and they acted like that never happened. Don't make promises you can't keep, don't give people the run around if you can't take a job then just say no upfront so I could have found someone else.
