Similar to other reviews, the garage is lacking security. Someone tried to steal our tires last night. I just retightened all of our lug nuts. Thankfully we have a security feature in each tire. The garage gates are currently malfunctioning and its been that way for too long. The building does have evening security/patrol but it doesnt seem to be enough. The neighboring building has a guard sitting at the garage entry at night. That may be an effective solution until the gates and cameras are operational.

Ive lived at Griffis twice and I can say from experience that the new management team has done outstandingly well compared to when I was here in 2021 with a different team. Any concern I have is immediately solved and always treated with grace. The amenities and units themselves are absolutely beautiful. 10/10 recommend

Robert and Lakeesha made our move in the smoothest move in I have every had. Robert was personal and charismatic. While living here there have been building issues out of anyones hands but Lakeesha provided timely and thoughtful updates on everything going on in the community. If youre considering this complex as you next move, do it. Maintenance personal are quick to respond, the atmosphere is very quiet, Robert and Lakeesha are the best.
