        It was easy doing business with them, Jacob was straightforward and they did what they said they would. They beat everybody's price. Ruben and the install crew were professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

        I am very pleased with the serivce I received with Factory Direct Floor Store. Bryan made sure I understood everything from the beginning and as changes came up. My installers, Erik and Diego, were the best! They were thorough, kind and communicated all details to me. They did an excellent job installing my floors, stairs and baseboards.

        This is our 3rd project with Factory Direct Floor Store and we could not be happier. We installed Provenza Hardwood flooring throughout our guest house with deco tiles in the bathroom. Bryan was amazing to work with and the installers David and Alex were great! Factory Direct Floor Store did another great job and we highly recommend them!
