        As a lifetime platinum elite I expected some assistance. The front desk crew morning day or night are all terrible. Terrible customer service. This hotel is extremely outdated. It should be a crime for this dilapidated place to charge for parking. It's Marriott hotels that are poorly run like this that make me regret spending 600 nights with Marriott.
