Not recommended. I am a customer with a question about a policy I purchased through this office. I cannot get anyone on the phone during business hours. They do not respond to email or voicemail messages. I have reached out 7 times in a one month period ... it's like playing handball against the curtains... no acknowledgment or response.

I love the team here! I have rec'd my notary bond and all of my supplies here for years.

Sam was very helpful and did exactly what he said he would do to help me with updates needed to my bond. He addressed my needs and responded back to me when he said he would - this day and age this is a rarity, so he deserves to be acknowledged. Im very pleased with my interaction with Performance Insurance.
