This store is extremely behind the times, I had 4 devices I wanted to activate, they couldnt activate them unless I cancel the order placed online, also they couldnt activate my Apple Watch which I had in hand they seem like they were very unwilling to help, staff really didnt seem willing to help, the staff in south Pasadena was much better, I would definitely skip this place and go to the further stores.

Spectrum customer service over the phone never worked for me; however, for the first time I felt great while in the store and I was actually able to resolve the outstanding billing issue I had with them. The person who helped me was patient and understood why I was there. He was extremely humble and contacted the billing department.....

I had to visit the Spectrum Store following the passing of my mother to make adjustments to the account. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ian Villasenor who called me to his work station. He asked me what prompted my visit to the store and when I explained the family loss and now the need to change parts of the account to reflect our current needs Ian was very attentive and then offered options to me and carefully explained the benefits of each option. Ian made me aware of promotional offers that I would benefit from and quickly and efficiently got me through the process. Ian gave me instructions both written and verbal how to install my new equipment and invited me to return to the store if I needed any further assistance. Overall the experience was awesome and as a manager of a business myself I know the value of having someone so welcoming and helpful as the first point of contact. Thank you Ian.
