I didn't find this place right away while looking for artificial turf but man am I happy I did. I was looking at all the typical spots but the quality vs cost didn't seem right. I was about to go to sod and then I found this place. I chose a turf (desert rye premium) and it was 2.05 sqft and similar quality from home Depot was over $3 a sqft. Service is great from sales (Damien) to the loading dock (Ryan?). I'll recommend and use IST from here on out.

I ordered turf and had it delivered. Being 67, I requested (in advance) the turf roll be dropped close to where it would be installed. The delivery crew didn't notify me they had arrived and they dumped the roll on my property, no where near the install area. I do not have the ability to move the roll, and will now have to hire people just to move the turf, within my our property. This all could easily have been avoided if the delivery crew would have just taken the time to knock on my door and asked me where they should unload it. I called the main office and explained the delivery crew did not follow the instructions, They didnt care. Poor attention to customer service has left me with an unnecessary challenge.

I called to get information and the person who answered was very quick and didn't seem proactive in helping me with any questions I had. You may not want to give a company like this your business. Imagine what their customer service would be like if you needed help.
