I recently re-financed my home and was referred to Kim Carlson whos worked on the lending team at C2 Financial Corporation for several years. Kim was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.. the whole process went smoothly- Id highly recommend Kim if want a successful and great loan experience.

We worked with Kim throughout the home buying process, and she helped add an element of comfort and control to the chaos that is SoCal real estate! She was available for random questions at all hours, explained different strategies regarding financing the purchase, and was always willing to have some back-and-forth conversations on decisions. She also gave very realistic estimates when we asked about different offers we were considering making. She advocated for us at each step, and I truly feel she has her clients best interests in mind. We will be going back to her when we refinance, and again if/when we want to buy a new property.

We have worked with Kim multiple times over the years for both home purchase loans and refinances, having been originally recommended to her by our real estate agent Lauren Empey (also a dream!). We were home shopping in early summer, when rates just started increasing and the market was very volatile. Kim made herself constantly available to us, going so far as to give me the rates each day while she was on vacation as the large fluctuations really made such a difference in what size loan we could afford. Once we entered escrow, Kim made the loan process and approvals so easy. On top of being easy to work with, she also was able to give us the best rates around. I have recommended Kim to my closest friends (and even my manager), and they also had great experiences with her. We are hoping rates go down in the coming years, and will trust Kim to help us refi if it makes sense for me. For now, were just happy to be locked in at our current rate!
