These brave men and women served our country without hesitation in order to preserve peace and the rights we hold sacred. Yet, they are often forgotten by the same people they vowed to keep safe.Long after they’ve unselfishly volunteered to serve, we see hundreds of vets languishing in our streets, begging for food, clothing, medical care and shelter. In many cases, they are all but lost and forgotten.
