We are a preferred plumbing vendor for Ziprent properties. We have had a positive experience with ZipRent. The vendor onboarding process was smooth. Once onboarded, we were able to get requests for bids for many plumbing jobs in the coverage areas (Seattle) that we provided. We also like that we are able to setup autobids in ZipRent that gets passed on to property owners instantly when requests are made. We also like how responsive the support team is. Even on a Sunday, I was able to call and talk to someone in relations. We like to complete many work orders and be a reliable plumbing vendor for ZipRent properties for a long time.

DO NOT USE! We're property owners and hired Ziprent for tenant placement and property management. We needed some painting done in our unit, and they referred a contractor. The first red flag was when they said, feel free to deal with the contractor yourself. Why would we pay for property management, if we wanted to manage the contractor. Their contractor showed up 8 hrs late, left for two hours, came back for two hours, then went home having left 95% of the work to still be completed. Contacted zirpent and no response for two days, so we contacted them again. Gave contractor a second chance, and he no showed. He also stole our paint the first night he showed up late. Then Ziprent tries to withdraw $2,300 for the full contracted amount from our account to pay the vendor, after telling them several times he no showed. We cancelled property management and put stop payments from any withdrawals from this company before the contractor was supposed to come back. We're so lucky we went with our gut on this, and fired them the first month we hired them.

I was a tenant in a condo unit managed by Ziprent for 3 years, and I am happy to report that it was a positive experience. Ziprent was always prompt and professional in their communication. They kept me informed about any lease details, property updates, and responded quickly to my questions. Whenever a repair issue arose, Ziprent handled it efficiently. My requests were addressed promptly and resolved by qualified professionals. This minimized disruptions and ensured a comfortable living environment. The online payment portal was easy to use and there weren't any hidden fees to pay online. Overall, the Ziprent team consistently demonstrated professionalism, fairness, and respect in all interactions throughout my tenancy. They were responsive, reliable, and truly focused on maintaining a well-managed property. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental experience.

This company is amazing to work with they actually take the time to ensure your experience when applying to any property is easy . Their response time is fairly quick (the quickest Ive experienced when applying to rental places) they are there to answer any questions no matter how big or small it might be. I had issue where I couldnt check a box on my application and one of the reps went in and fix my issue in less then two minutes . I vaule the team at zip rent ! They were also fasted at scheduling my showing and giving step by step instruction
