Sunglass Hut - Closed

Really poor customer experience. Strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

I'm giving a three star review as the customer service was mixed when I went in. Daniel was fantastic and was able to help me with my item. However, james doesn't understand what customer service means. I provided some feedback and was told multiple times how rude I was. I suggest James take a customer service course to understand how to gracefully except feedback and how to treat customers

I was really impressed with my salesperson - Dejon (952615).  Buying sunglasses for me is quite overwhelming but she had a balanced way of making me feel like she wanted to help but would let me make decisions if I wanted to.  When I told her that I really needed help and guidance she was amazing!  She knew about each brand of glasses, which type would fit my face well and I feel that she gave me her honest opinion each time I put on a pair of glasses.  I really appreciated her.  When I left the store, I was also impressed with the 2nd salesperson who I didn't even realize was there and as I walked out, he said thanks for stopping by and called me out by my name while helping someone else when he did that - so kudos to him as well for being on his A game and paying attention to everything that was going on - helping his customer but listening to me and Dejon to the point that he caught my name.  Very impressed and I already recommended your store to my daughter who lives in SF

Stephanie and Dejon took great care of me explained options and looked up the Ray Bans that were available to me, I left with the ones I wanted and a smile on my face, my new favorite Hut for sure, I'll be back.
