        DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! If I could write negative stars I would!!!! This place is HORRIBLE. Management is racist, prejudice, and rude!! Everything was constantly broken and needing repair. I would rather stay at a motel 6 than here!!!

        As a resident of 360 Residences for the past four years, it's disheartening to see the leasing office continually neglect tenant concerns. Despite my loyalty and long-term commitment to this community, they have failed to address crucial issues such as the ongoing problem of a smoking neighbor and the mishandling of my vehicle during a recent accident. The issue of a smoking neighbor has persisted for over a year, with no clear action taken to address it. This disregard for the well-being and comfort of residents is unacceptable. When I recently experienced a car accident and had to park a rental car in my designated spot while mine was being repaired, the leasing office failed to ensure its safety. Despite notifying their team of my car repairs and the presence of the rental vehicle, they allowed it to be towed away, causing unnecessary hassle and inconvenience during an already stressful time. All of the above reflect a blatant disregard for the well-being and satisfaction of long-standing tenants. It's clear that the leasing office prioritizes convenience over the safety and comfort of those who call this building home. Such incompetence and indifference are simply unacceptable in a residential management team.

        A few of my friends stayed here. They were constantly harassed by management for unknown reasons. They refuse to give answers when asked. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

        There are so many things wrong about this place - location, nature of people Being treated with very less empathy , no moral values and if any assistance is needed, theres a very low response rate. PLEASE DONT CHOOSE THIS APT- THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS

We take smoking matters seriously at 360 Residences and have acted anytime you have reported them. Since we had not heard from you in a while regarding the smoking, we were hopeful it had been resolved. If this is not the case, please do contact our community relations team. Additionally, I looked further into the tow incident and discovered a parking permit was issued to you, however it was not placed in your vehicle. We have routine checks in place to ensure only authorized residents are parked in our residential areas. Unfortunately, since you did not have your permit displayed, the tow company could not have known your rental car was authorized to be there. We have sent out numerous communications regarding the importance of having displayed permits .
