The customer service here is terrible. We stopped by to exchange a laptop that had a trade-in linked to it, but the customer service representative did not know how to handle it. Despite repeatedly asking for help, her manager did not come to help her. We waited half an hour for the rep to exchange our item, and after a long wait, the rep suggested we might need to complete the process online, claiming that in-store exchanges for items linked to a trade-in are uncommon (are you kidding me? Best Buy online told me to come to the store, and now you want me to go online and do what?). Two stars for the rep that eventually helped us but zero stars for the whole experience. I am not coming back to this store. Best Buy locations in Woodland Hills and Northridge are far better organized and more helpful than this one.
