MedMen

So ordered and clean. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Amazing selection of products. Not all MedMen locations have exactly the same products but the staff will always point you in the right direction to help you find what you need. I think the West Hollywood location is my favorite but the few that I've been to have all been great.

COPIED APPLE AND MISSED THE POINT: This company was built on beautiful visual design, with a ton of bells and whistles. They broke the stereotypes of small dark and shady dispensaries. But when you strip away the visual design what is left? No soul. Like Microsoft they copied Apples store design thinking that was the magic and they forgot to copy their trainings aligned values of being obsessed with the consumers needs. MedMen has been lacking a real purpose that makes consumers tell others about them. They stopped coming up with ideas that put their guest or patients first. It's a roll of the dice if you get someone kind, or qualified to give advice.  Look, you can build an amazing restaurant, bar, or taco spot - but it takes people to run it and keep people coming back. I've never met a raving fan of MedMen. They simply were a shiny moment that washed out into the mix with others.This place could have set the standard instead I can't see them lasting.
