Had a reservation through State Farm Insurance due to an issue with my own vehicle, Jon was super helpful with my pick up and drop off process. Staff was very polite with every phone call and encounter I had with them. Great service!

I was worried about not being able to rent a car without a credit card but then I found Enterprise with a location near my accommodation and everything went smoothly and perfect. Isai was very kind and helpful as all the staff in West Hollywood. I had an amazing experience and the car was perfect for my needs!

I rented a pretty scratched Toyota Tacoma, and when I returned it, I was told that I caused a huge dent and that I had to file an insurance claim when I stated that I did not cause any damage and the damage was there I was told that thats not true and I needed to file a claim and then I got a callback saying that investigation was done and the damage was there. I was falsely accused and almost spent several thousand dollars because somebody didnt investigation before they called me to tell me that I was responsible. Roy and George. Terrible customer service. Ive also rented many many many many times and never had a problem and no one admitted any wrongdoing or apologized.

Georgi from the West Hollywood branch went above and beyond for us. We are travelling from Australia and we felt so looked after by him. Enterprise is very lucky to have Georgi on their team. We have emailed Enterprise and hope this reaches the correct person to praise Georgi for his excellent customer service.
