The receptionist Elena is very rude and unprofessional. I called to make sure the attorney handles cases like mine and she was completely clueless. She said doesnt schedule free consultations that people need to do that themselves. I called back as I wanted to clarify paperwork and she got an attitude; saying talk to the attorney. Not a positive experience at all and it was 2 calls. Definitely not worth trying.
