Noble garden florist

Paid $140 for same day delivery on 2/14 and they werent delivered until 2/17 at 8 PM. The recipient got a call after we ate dinner together at 11 PM 2/14 saying the delivery person was about to be at their office building. Seriously? 11 PM? I talked to the delivery person and they assured me the flowers could be delivered the next day instead. They were not. When I called on Friday 2/16 to ask where the order was and why it wasnt delivered, I was met with a man who refused to believe that the order hadnt been delivered. After waiting hours for the manager to contact the delivery driver who was unavailable, I was then told that I would need to provide the recipients contact so they could confirm it wasnt delivered. 1. They should have already had the recipients contact from the delivery information. 2. Im the one who paid. Im the one who placed the order. Im the one handling the order as it was originally supposed to be a surprise. Why would I take time and energy out of my work day to try and scam to a florist? I was essentially told I was lying before the call dropped. I was called back not long after and was shortly told that the order would be delivered first thing Saturday morning, although they werent delivered until too late to be reasonable for a Saturday night. They didnt even use a fresh bouquet, it was a few days old old withered with broken flowers (I assume it was from the day it was supposed to be delivered). Do not buy flowers from this store.

I bought an expensive bouquet for my mom's birthday. There was a section called "Florist instructions" where I specifically requested blue and yellow tones of flowers, yet all requests were ignored and the bouquet showed up all pink. I reached out to Saeed asking for a new bouquet/some kind of refund and he did not offer anything to make the situation right.. Very disappointed by the customer service...

Stellar customer service !!! Ordered from NY from a friend Birthday . Photos were sent to me of the special bouquet and they went far and beyond to deliver the flowers making my friends birthday amazing !!! They have gained a loyal costumer

Saeed and the staff exceeded my expectations! I shipped a planter to the shop which he filled so beautifully with orchids of my choice. He spent a great deal of time making sure I was satisfied. I am a repeated customer and I guarantee you that they have the best quality orchids and customer service of all the places I found. *The last photo is another arrangement I ordered by Saeed which he beautifully designed and it was delivered the same day.
