My recent dining experience at Tesse Restaurant left me disappointed. The coffee service was an absolute disaster, with at least a 40-minute wait time, despite the managers insistence that it only took 15 minutes according to their camera footage. This discrepancy is unacceptable. On top of that, to exacerbate the frustration, all drinks took an unusually long time to be delivered, arriving well after the second course had been served. What makes matters worse is the fact that the restaurant was relatively empty during my visit. One would expect a more efficient service, particularly given the low demand at the time. Furthermore, the server's failure to communicate that gratuity was already included in the service resulted in an unintentional over-tipping on my part. While a refund was begrudgingly provided, the lack of transparency and proactive communication is simply unacceptable. I have held Tesse Restaurant in high regard, but this experience weakened my confidence in their service. It is disheartening to witness such a glaring disregard for customer satisfaction and honesty. I sincerely hope Tesse Restaurant takes this feedback seriously, addresses their service and communication issues promptly, and strives to regain the trust of their patrons.
