F45 Training West Hollywood

F45 is the best part of the day. Youre in and out within the hour and you get an amazing workout in. Its a no fuss no muss program that shows you which moves to perform and how to do them and it feels amazing! Definitely recommend to anybody whos looking to get into shape and feel good both mentally and physically!

Incredible workout, incredible team, incredible facility... never gets boring, always feels challenging. I truly look forward to my classes. My body is completely transforming and it's only been a month!!

West Hollywood is the third F45 studio. Ive worked out in and I have to say it is my favorite because the instructors are so nice and super helpful and will push you to your limit in a good way. I love that always very challenging workouts and the group setting gives you a Sense of community. We are all in this together. If youre looking for awesome and challenging way to exercise this is the place also comes with free parking, which is very helpful.

Love this place. Great workouts. Trainers are most just there to hype and keep the circuit moving in the right direction, but they are nice so nothing to complain about.

Im someone who has always been intimidated by workouts like F45 but the community is so welcoming and I was surprised at how much I was capable of while also being challenged. The coaches are great at motivating you and giving you modifications if you need it!
