        Got a call from this insurance agency today and after expressing that I wasn't interested, somebody by the name "John" told me to go f*ck myself and called me a bi**h. So unprofessional, especially after calling ME over and over. Attempted to call back but I didn't get an answer. Sounds like a scam and I wish I could give zero stars.

        Rob is the best!! He is very personable & takes the time to give thorough knowledgeable information. He recently gave me advice on a refinance & spent a long time explaining about refi's & whether or not the refi I was considering would be beneficial to my particular situation.  I am so appreciative of him taking the time to patiently answer all my questions & offer his thoughts.
