Jeff and his team are wonderful. Lori is always on top of things. Whether it's a claim on your policy, you've added a new car to the family fleet or there's been a major change in your life circumstances, they are there to help you through the process. Over the years, Jeff has become like family. Even when I was transitioning to a new location out of state, Jeff and Lori were there to help facilitate the transition and getting everything set up with a new Farmers agent in my new location. I wish every insurance agent was like Jeff. I've been with Farmers for many years and Jeff is by far the best insurance agent I've ever had.

I never thought I'd want to do a commercial for an insurance company, but here I am, giving a 5-star testimonial! During last year's storms a large tree fell in my yard, causing power outages and damage. Fortunately, my agent Jeffrey Pellissier (of the important early Los Angeles family) had gotten me a gold-standard policy. Thank you Jeff! And the agents/adjusters at Farmers Insurance were the best. Big shout-out to Tim Holt! Within three days I had funds in my account to remove the tree. They never argued with the estimates/costs that I submitted, and answered all my questions. They didn't try to nickel-and-dime me or try to get out of paying to repair the damage. Tim was with me every step of the way and Farmers made me whole. Insurance is something you have and hope you never need. No one likes paying for something they don't need, and I never thought that I'd have a problem of this magnitude, but life is unpredictable. Insurance is a shared pool. Some people pay in and never need to make a claim. Consider yourself lucky if that's you. But when you do need help, you want Farmers on your team. It's one less thing to worry about when you don't have to fight your own insurance company. Jeff will get you a great policy and Farmers will back it up. Thanks, guys, for everything!
