I had setup an appointment at 7 AM on Tuesday and got a call the night before to reschedule it. I rescheduled it to 7 AM the next day and after having driven to the site of repair (since it was a commercial site where I needed help) for 30 mins and waiting for another hour, not a single call was returned. Totally incompetent and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

My gardener told me my sprinkler system was not working. I called Angie (formerly Angies List). They selected some sprinkler repair companies and Joel from Aerations Plus called me. I explained my issues and set up a no cost appointment to see what was needed. David came out and assessed the problem and explained my brass valves needed to be replaced along with a few sprinkler heads. He called Joel Soper (an owner) who stated the cost would be $975 to replace the valves and bad sprinkler heads. I told him that I had a few other companies coming out to give me a quote to fix my issues. Joel explained his company had the most and best reviews of all his competitors. I later checked the reviews and saw they were average but had many very unfavorable reviews. I did bring this up with Joel and he stated those poor reviews were written by his competitors. A blatant lie as his partner Nathan responded to those reviews saying mostly he was sorry and they would rectify the problem issues. Nathan also blamed many issues on the previous owner. But Joel told me he was the previous owner and he only sold half the company to Nathan. Plus when I checked the reviews I saw Joel himself gave the company a five star review, leading people to believe he was a customer. Something is not right with this deceitful company. Another sprinkler company came out and found out that I didnt need to replace the valves. The timer box was set incorrectly. He reset the timer and the sprinklers worked perfectly. He also replaced the bad sprinkler heads and repaired some exposed wires that went from the timer to the valves. My sprinklers are now working perfectly at a cost of $175 not $975 as quoted by Joel. I wouldnt trust this company at all.
