As google mentions this is my experience with urge interactive. The sales pitch and promises that are used to get you in contract with them are far from what is actually delivered. Their website write up was a huge disappointment to the point where I rewrote many if not all segments of the website. There was name of another doctor mentioned on my website (they promise they don't cut and paste like Growth 99).  It came out like it was written by someone with English as a second language.  I was told that my website is SEO optimized and there is absolutely no way to find me on the internet unless if someone searches by my name. So far I saw NO clients since I signed up with them.  Save your thousands of dollars and go elsewhere. They pretended to be better than Growth 99 and felt it insulting when I referred them to be no better after seeing my website--they will be deeply offended at best (Chris will get mad) and no other solutions will be offered. I am here ready to close down my business and they really, really don't care.I spent another $800 in addition for 1 post not including ads to ads for about 15 days of running ads on instagram and all I got were about 4 shoppers looking for deals. They posted a generic ad that In mode submitted And I turned off the ads given sinking money. I got ZERO PATIENTS ZERO REFERRALS AND waste of time.  You will get ZERO ON YOUR INVESTMENT. $800 plus ad money down the drain.In the end, what I get from Becky is correspondence about 4 weeks later first she's sick understandable, then ok submit your write up from the portal 1 line email from Alyssa.  Her response was that Newport beach is competitive area for aesthetics and get this, go door to door and hand out flyers, use google my business. All in all, I feel sick to have lost money on this company but I must move on before I sink deeper. I am sharing my experience because no one should go through what I went through.   My website is now completely shut down by them, and it doesn't matter because I no longer am in business.  No I cannot keep paying for  service not delivered and a business that is shut down. None of them heard my cries for help for struggling business until it was closed down.  This is my experience and of course they will say none of this is true only to get the next customer. The truth remains my business ended.
