Thank Goodness we were Blessed with [The Mortgage Guys, West Hollywood] and the most Excellent Mr Anthony Riveros ! The A+++ Industry Expertise, Accountability, Rapid-Responses & Genuine Honesty/Integrity of Mr Anthony are very Rare and it doesn't surprise me how many Referrals via Word-of-Mouth he Receives !!! We already have 2 Referrals for him and if you decide to go with The Mortgage Guys ,,, just an FYI you will get the Best Rates (usually better than what a General Google Search will Yield and you will also Receive Immediate Responses from Mr Anthony via Phone Call/Text at anytime :) I tested he we Received Immediate Responses every time even at 11PM and 12AM :) Thank you guys so much ,,, we Love Our Home and are Grateful for the Rates you Secured for us :)

Lack of due diligence on their end will end you up in spending hundreds only to never have even qualified in the first place. We worked directly with Fernando Barron and his assistant Andrea. Both were informed of my husbands and I work status. As self employed I was sure to provide all documentation to qualify for a home. I let him know I worked as a contracted individual with a company and busier times I worked directly under myself. My husband and I were pre qualified after receiving this form we went house hunting; then ended up entering escrow for a home. We went back and forth, did all inspections , and paid our earnest money. These people were trying to qualify me as an employed individual, even after I had given them extensive information about me being self employed. We had spent hundreds on home inspections. Then we finally got the Zoom call, from Fernando and his assistant Andrea, letting us know that the bank wont lend us money because they did not provide the correct information to them. It was so discouraging as a first time attempt to fall deep into this mess with whom I was told were professionals. I would recommend to go else where than working with Fernando and this company.

Thee amount of positive content Albert and his team provide is very informative, I haven't use his service or had the need for it but will definitely be on the top of the list as the need arises
